Application Process

We Connect the Dots to Your Future Job

At Immigration & Visa Maestro, our application process is designed to be streamlined, transparent, and fully compliant with international immigration standards. We guide you at every step to ensure your transition from India to your desired country is smooth and successful.

Below is a step-by-step outline of our process:

1. C.V. Selection & Document Verification

  • Our team of experts begins by reviewing your curriculum vitae and verifying your supporting documents such as academic qualifications, work experience, identification, and language proficiency (if applicable).
  • This ensures authenticity and eligibility for the target country’s job and visa requirements.

2. Application for Work Permit

  • Once documents are verified, we proceed to apply for a work permit or initial employer nomination (where applicable).
  • This step varies based on the country, job sector, and type of visa.

3. Job Offer / Contract by the Host Employer

  • Upon approval, the host employer abroad provides a Job Offer Letter or Employment Contract outlining job role, salary, terms, and conditions.
  • This document is crucial and is submitted to the immigration or visa authorities.

4. Issuance of Work Permit

  • With the job contract in place, the official work permit is issued by the immigration authority or labor department of the destination country.
  • This permit forms the legal basis for employment abroad.

5. File Preparation for VFS / Embassy Submission

  • Our team prepares your visa application file including the job contract, work permit, and supporting documents.
  • We ensure all documentation meets the embassy or VFS (Visa Facilitation Services) checklist requirements.

6. VFS / Embassy Submission

  • The application is submitted either at the embassy, consulate, or VFS center, depending on the country’s protocol.
  • Biometrics, interviews, or medicals (if required) are also scheduled during this step.

7. Visa Result by the Embassy

  • Once processed, the visa decision is communicated by the embassy or consulate.
  • Upon approval, the visa is stamped, and you are all set to begin your journey toward a successful career abroad.
