🔒 1. Payments to Immigration & Visa Maestro

• All payments must be made to the official company bank account or through authorized payment gateways.
• Always ask for a valid receipt for every payment—regardless of the amount.
• A soft copy of the payment receipt is also sent to the client’s registered email address.
• We strongly advise not to pay any amount in cash to an employee’s personal account or engage in any verbal financial agreements with any staff member.
• Immigration & Visa Maestro will not be liable for any payment made outside official company channels.

• We have zero tolerance for the submission or use of forged, falsified, or misleading documents.
• If a client provides fake education certificates, work experience documents, or financial records, their case will be immediately terminated without refund.
• Staff members are strictly prohibited from encouraging or facilitating the use of any fraudulent material. If you are asked or advised to submit false documents by anyone associated with the company, report them immediately.

Submitting fake documents may lead to:

• Visa rejections
• Permanent bans from embassies/consulates
• Legal action from Indian or foreign authorities

🧾 4. No Job or Visa Guarantee

• Immigration & Visa Maestro does not guarantee jobs or visa approvals. The final decision rests solely with the respective employers and visa authorities.
• Any promise made by a third party about assured employment, fast-track visas, or guaranteed permanent residency is false.
• Our role is to provide genuine guidance, documentation support, and application processing based on your profile and eligibility.
