We provide advisory services only and do not submit visa applications on behalf of clients. All visa applications must be submitted by the client to the respective embassy/consulate or immigration authority.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in order to use our services. By using our services, you confirm that all the information you provide is truthful, accurate, and current.
If you are registering on behalf of an organization or another individual, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity or individual to these Terms.
3. Required Documents
- All submitted documents must be authentic, valid, and in your name.
- Original hard copies must be presented during consultations or document verifications. Photocopies and digital versions on mobile phones will not be accepted.
- In cases of prior visa refusal, you must provide the entire previous application file, including the refusal letter.
- You are required to bring your original passport when attending scheduled appointments.
4. Appointments and Consultations
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Each appointment is allotted to one individual only.
- Only blood relatives may accompany the applicant during consultations.
- Appointment fees are non-refundable, regardless of attendance or outcome.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or relocate appointments due to operational or emergency reasons without prior consent.
5. Use of Website and Content
All content, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, graphics, and software used on our website are the intellectual property of Immigration & Visa Maestro or its licensors.
You agree not to:
- Modify, reproduce, publish, transmit, or distribute our content for commercial or public purposes without our written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Immigration & Visa Maestro and its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any:

- Delays, denials, or rejections of visa applications
- Costs incurred due to travel changes, visa delays, or application errors
- Emotional or financial damages caused by reliance on our guidance
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us for the service in question.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Immigration & Visa Maestro, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
